Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, damaged, or clearance items may not qualify for a return unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
